All copyright and other proprietary notices shall be retained on all reproduction.

Web Site Submission
Any communication material submitted to Graphiton through electronic forms, electronic email or any other method will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By communicating to Graphiton, the users grant royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display as it sees fit whether for Graphiton’s purpose or another party usage without any obligation for compensation, free of moral, intellectual or other proprietary rights.

Graphiton complies with the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) under the Australian Law.
